BTW, I always was curious about how Lord Vishnu was cursed by Vrinda that he would turn into a stone. I used to wonder whether her curse was also the reason for the separation of Ram & Sita in Ramayana. I remember, very vaguely though, that when Vishnu tried to trick Vrinda, she cursed him that he would be separated from his wife one day, in an episode of Mahadev. Is this mentioned in any ancient texts by any chance or whether it was a dramatic plot created by the CVs at that time? I wasn't able to look up many references about Vrinda cursing Lord Narayana for tricking her into being her husband.

Vrinda did curse Vishnu that he would turn into a stone and be separated from his wife, but that curse later came true for Radha and Krishna, not Ram and Sita. Radha was never married to Krishna despite being a form of Goddess Lakshmi, but Vishnu's saligrama is always venerated with the leaves of Tulasi, as Tulasi is considered Lakshmi also, so in that way they're together.

Rama and Sita's separation was a result of Narada's curse.
