that is because mini had to take decisions for herself and for her mother too always. So suddenly one cannot show authoritarian behavior with such a child. Such children with a own mind of themselves need to be handled differently with reasoning than just told what to do.

That's a valid point....this again adds to what I was also thinking about how this isn't a typical or 'normal' family where you can apply the usual tactics for kids...in this case, the adults in this family need to be extra tactical about how to deal with the child in the equation. But unfortunately yahaan toh adults ke hi emotional mess khatam nahin hote and only end up worsening the situation than handling it.

yes mini isnt a typical child. When she was angry with HS when she came to know of his love for babita. HS used the tactic of counting to 10 and got her back forcefully. Mini got even more angry and decided to leave the house , and never gave any reason for it. Next day when HS came to her and spoke to her and asked her for the reason she then talked to him. so it dosent work with mini that way. They way HS babita threatened her that if you dont listen to us you dont have a place in this house is not going to work with her. she will become even more rebellious. this is the reason it is said that every child is different and needs to be treated differently. HS also dosent need to be the controlling father. he was doing just fine with mini untill the cd thing happened

I swear the CD has become an aafat!! Move on from CD now. HS ne sorry bol diya abb Khatam karo yaar! If it wasn’t the CD there would have been what Kammo said or lovely said. Kalesh to Hona hi tha!!!

Ppl say Hannie relationship changed after CD. I think it changed before when Kammo said those things about HS using Minnie to get Babita.

Kammo's words may have left an impact, no doubt.....but the CD issue cannot be moved on from cuz Mini herself has clearly stated that it was the moment when trust failed b/w her and HS....so unless that issue gets resolved, it will fester.

HS needs to talk properly to Mini.....an apology alone won't resolve the situation unless it's talked through.

yes it started then. mini getting affected by it and maybe HS too but both not talking about it and reassuring each other. the way kammo called mini a reminder of babitas past must have hurt her yet no one except mickey and preet bothered to cheer her up or speak to her. That day HS's you are first to me too sounded so hollow

In a way, that was the first indication of a split.....Kammo's words must have hurt both Babita and Mini....but Babita ran upstairs and HS went right after her.....leaving Mini behind.

It was foreshadowing....ki HS will get caught up in focusing on Babita's hurt at the cost of Mini's hurt.....and ab wohi sab ho raha hai even after the wedding.

In an ideal world, a mother would think about her daughter's hurt before her own....but here we are talking about Babita😆....first she needed to get her own emotions managed before she could start trying to "console" Mini by offering to break off the marriage for her sake😆.

So that Kammo scene was the first indication that HS and Babita will focus first on Babita's own hurt and giving assurances to her before they get around to assuring Mini. Waise bhi, Mini tries to hide the fact that she even needs assurance for herself.....so it's easier to focus on Babita ka hurt.

It’s just me but in both instances HS and Babita would be more hurt anyway- since Kammo accuses HS of using Minnie and accused Babita that she would hate Minnie after marriage as she is a reminder of Ashok. Minnie wasn’t accused, her feelings were collateral damage.

During CD scene, Babita was forced to see her past and HS was again made to feel like an outsider so Minnie should have been the one apologizing to them and trying her best to make it up to them and not the freaking other way around.

If Someone accidentally did that on a relative’s wedding they would be apologizing left and right for ruining their big day and would understand if they are upset in the heat of the moment and said something. Makers are making a chewing gum of Minnie’s feelings- I mean enough already!

Babita is a handful. Just like Minnie spent a lot of her young life putting Babita's emotional needs first, I can see HS doing exactly the same. LOL!

Yes, they are making a chewing gum. She has every right to feel upset if she wants to but I think the lack of focus on others is making this hard on us.

They need to talk to each other properly about this CD incident, then move on from it. Kab tak chalega yo sab?

Discipline doesn't mean shouting at kids or punishing them, and this is exactly what Babita kinda forced HS to do the other day. It's not his style to yell for nothing (and he wouldn't have yelled if she hadn't told him half truths) but when it comes to bad manners, I'm not sure what he needs to do to get Minnie to understand. She can be extremely rude and being hurt doesn't excuse one's bad manners towards parents. I think he realizes that the main problem is her anger management and that's actually what he needs to focus on. Babita needs to manage her anger too because it gets out of control.

HS has to handle Minnie the way he did in the past, being firm but also assessing the situation properly. Use his cop skills wisely. He used to do a great job before without being asked to or pressured. That's what Minnie needs right now. I don't see Babita being capable of understanding her needs at this point.
