I think it will become another major step in her noticing his good nature. She saw it first with the drug case and had seen a spark in him but then it fizzled out.

Even this time around, if he ends up helping at all, I don't think he'll do it with the intention of impressing Prachi. He'll do it simply because it's the right thing to do. If Prachi ends up noticing it, then really that's just a bonus.
