Waise I somehow feel today's scene of Anurag peeping inside PreRish's room and seeing how calmly Prerna is tending to Rishabh's wounds, especially the wound on his neck, if you observe AB's face lost its colour then and he was ready to barge in and stop what was going on...Aur toh aur Mohini too walked in when that scene was unfolding in front of AB, she and Anurag both saw Prerna applying ointment on his neck tenderly and lightly blowing air on the wound, this scene was there for a purpose I think..

According to me when the news that Prerna is pregnant will be out in the open and Prerna will say the truth that it is Anurag's child, today's scene will create havoc and turmoil in AB and Mohini's minds and these two will go on to accuse Prerna in the worst way possible and say kii Prerna is lying and the child is Rishabh's...

Aaj AB ka wahaan hona, MB ka dekhna will play a major role when the pregnancy news unfolds....- My Guess..
