Absolutely! Aryan suggested to ranbir that because both ranbir and rhea are the most popular/ desirable guy and girl in college and both have never been rejected, that if they became a couple they would get more popularity points. That's the only reason why ranbir took interest in rhea, as other than that he in actual feels nothing for her apart from finding her popular and attractive, but with prachi there is a connection and pull. Not just mere attraction.

😆 Yeah he said in that college scene last week briefly that he can try and be a good boy like rishi when he saw prachi. He's too adorable.
