Yes. Sometimes I feel bad for Ranbir. Poor soul, even if he will express his feeling no one will believe him. only bad thing was priyanka saying something to Rhea. I didn't watch their conversation but at the end Rhea thought that Ranbir won't love middle class girl Prachi and then we get Ranbir scene where he says that he can't seem to stop thinking about Prachi.

This rhea is an evil witch in her own right, why does she need people like aliya and priyanka to be shown filling her head like she's some innocent child being tainted?

I think the moment he'll realize that he's in love with prachi, reha/riya will open her big mouth and tell prachi abt the bet.

Yep! Even though ranbir hasn't even really ever thought about the bet or been acting upon it at all except from two times when he attempted to talk nicely to her than gave up because he kept getting into arguments with her, he is being genuine with her this whole time. Rhea is just thinking from a place of ego that ranbir is acting upon her challenge given to him, but he is getting attracted to her for real, then when both pranbir are in love, rhea will mention about the bet and make prachi against ranbir where ranbir would be unable to prove that him falling for prachi is real or that he never did actually act upon rhea's challenge.
