What could be Naira's past?

I am so confused. What can be Naira's past related to Goa that will make her lose the case?

Damini k hath aesa kya laga??

Kartik saved Naira from that electric wire and scolded the manager for being careless.

Damini called a man and asked him to do some work. He went to Singhaniya Sadan. Damini asked him to find some proofs against Naira Or something related to her past in Goa.

Elsewhere Naira gets kidnapped and Kartik too while saving her. Kidnappers came to kidnap kids but saw Naira and realised she is quite rich so kidnapped her.

Kidnappers take Kaira to a godown and gives them injection of "nasha"

After that there was a small Kaira nokjhok.

Precap - Naira requests Kartik not to take Kairav away from her and they hug whereas Damini has got some solid proof related to Naira's past which would make Naira lose the case.

Definitely related to her pregnancy and Kairav, only then Kartik will get Kairav's custody and will snatch away Kairav from Naira...but what I was thinking was it has to be something which doesn't make viewers hate Naira since she's the lead but what can it be that makes Kartik hate Naira.. I can't watch Kartik's hatred for Naira, all the spoilers are indicating it is going to be this but hope that is not the case

Three days before liza also shooted some scenes maybe about past related scenes... My guess is like proof like naira want abort the baby (which is impossible) her condition critical doctor suggests something like that

Just now i saw the segment where they are going for custody case to court.... Maha episode and kidnapping just created more misunderstandings... Blames on naira... Kaira drugged and some how they'll escape and land in singhaniya s... And they don't remember what happened that night... Again vedika talk rubbish to naira.... Keep her mouth shut in front of karthik

Am I the only one that still has hope that this time around Kartik would stand up for Naira and not misunderstand her?

If there are more misunderstandings, like Naira thinking Kartik knew about whatever Damini is going to show in court, etc, how is this track ever gonna wrap up?

Kartik has made it clear till now that he doesn’t intent on separating Naira and Kairav. So whatever it is, either it will make Kartik hate Naira to the extent of bringing Kairav to GV or he would stop Damini from demeaning Naira during the hearings, thus rekindling Naira’s trust in him.
