Loll, they had to attract viewers somehow. But having to see that baap-beti relationship turn into this... I feel backstabbed.

Tell me about it. I mean, I have no clue at this point how things will turn out, but if this show is going to run for longer then I would want to see them dealing with HS and Minnie's abandonment issues and how Minnie moves on from the past that she refuses to come to terms with.

Otherwise, I would feel as if the last few months on this show have a big lie.

Is this the message they want to give the audience? That when people remarry it ruins kids' lives? Rather than saying that "stepparents" can be as loving if not more than biological parents? For me, this story was about Minnie getting a second chance in life at having a father and filling the void in her heart. It can't all have been my imagination, or maybe the writers were just stringing us along. This was the most realistic development of a father-daughter bond that I have seen in all these years of watching TV shows, ITV or otherwise.

What about Minnie's headaches? We don't see those anymore.

On a serious note, I have a lot of sympathy for anyone who has migraines. I get them once a year and it lasts for 3-4 days where I can't look at anything or have bright lights around me and no amount of painkillers help. Horrible!

Unless they totally want to destroy what's left of the HS we know and love, then I don't think he can ever be happy if he loses Minnie. Sure, he will stay by Babita's side as a husband and be a good father to his second child but that doesn't mean he will be happy or at peace. I don't want to see him suffering mentally by not being able to keep Minnie in his life.

Of all PH's this is the one who I would've expected to bring out those sides of Minnie's that they have repeatedly shown us to be just under the surface, but I just don't get why they're doing this. Tearing apart mother-daughter is just... No comments.

What are they trying to show? That in the process of giving Babita wings she lost herself? Fine, we get that and it won't come as a surprise but I do want this to be a story of second chances for Minnie too, where she gets to experience life and love in all its colors.

As many of us have said, this supposed to be a story of hope for parents and kids who get a second chance in life and what they do with it.

Also, without labeling a character as good or bad, it's important for the writing to remain balanced so that we empathize with and even root for those with gray shades (like we did for Meeta back when the writers were nailing it).

Aur phir aise HS ka kya faayda then, no? Why would they do this to him and us? ....is this what we signed up for? To see the characters be turned into shells of their former selves for the sake of cheap gimmicks? I don't buy the BS excuses the writers are trying to make....nobody said we wanted everything to be perfect and without problems.....but who goes this route after this long journey? After all the suffering they've all been through, suddenly it's all null and void just to set up a new chapter of suffering? Happiness is always fleeting? Is that the message in all this?

They claim they aren't trying to show any message but "Life is not a laddoo" jaisa gyaan toh badi jaldi nikalta hai inke muh se🤔

Second chances in itself is a concept with such IMMENSE potential....but it is nearly always oversimplified on ITV....only for the sake of gimmicks....ki bas dikhaa do dusri shaadi, dusri relationship and that in itself is victory....like you got a stamp....without exploring the layers of the relationship itself and the people involved with it.

And we have such wonderful characters in this story who could have taken this concept to another level.....with everything included....setbacks honge bhi toh optimism se tackle honge.....gimmicks se nahin....which is what the show used to be once upon a time.

They want to kill our ability to empathize with anyone ultimately.....I'm also amazed that I once applauded them for showing us a Meeta with so many shades rather than a caricature.....but now it's all lopsided for the sake of track to track.....they don't build up situations long term.....there is a rush to setup conflicting viewpoints, show one person preaching and then a quick resolution.....it lacks conviction.

Babita ko wings de diye, but I guess having wings doesn't guarantee that you will actually fly happily in the sky😕😆.......seems more like Mini gave her own wings to Babita but Babita turned out incapable of actually rising herself or helping her daughter rise alongside her. That seems to be the message.....wings alone don't guarantee flight....instead you can just flap around creating a whirlwind around you that consumes everything.

I can't get over the fact that they are showing such a hapless and still immature Babita having another kid.....lol is this expected to strengthen her relationship with HB? They anyways have such a shallow relationship now....baby se kya farak pad jaayega.....instead they will lose the biggest cornerstone of their life....Mini.

LOL they conveniently switched gears away from showing Mini ke depression and breakdown symptoms....pehle itna build up kiya showing that she is just days away from a breakdown....then suddenly it's like koi issue hi nahin tha😕

I guess they wanted to rush to set up HB ki marital life so that they can show a baby soon.....lol us sab mein Mini ke breakdown ka kya kaam?

Migraines are definitely terrible.....I've seen some of my friends struggle with it too....and I really sympathize with all those who get them.

How could Hanita be so careless? Already pregnant without discussing it with each other or thinking about what Mini’s reaction would be... I don’t understand. What are the writers tryna show? Shaadi karo, 1 mahine me pregnant ho jao... what happened to actually planning to get pregnant? 🙄

I refuse to buy the BS that Babita got pregnant just like that. She’s isn’t 18. She’s 35. There has to be some complications before she gets pregnant 🙄

Forst of all is it possible to get pregnant within 2 weeks of marriage? Not even in movies can they show it this fast. Minimum 3 months is required. Is this some kind of Express??

And another sample Ekta Kapoor, it seems in KZK the lead(Prerna) is pregnant with Anurag's kid for 4 months and she still remains as thin as a stick! Two extremes..

Exactly, I don't want to see those shells. And why start up the thread of showing HS re-open his mother's room, try to talk to her and then shut everything up, as though for good? Was it to show us that some facets of his life will remain closed off from Babita? That won't work in the long term if she can't share his pain as his spouse. So much for Babita growing and stepping up to be there for him. With Minnie gone, he really will be lonely. I just can't believe they won't explore his childhood trauma after going so far with that. He will be hurting all the time, in which case his attention to Babita and the baby will never be 100%.

As NB said, Minnie connects that both and if her bond with even one of them breaks or weakens, all three will be affected. I have a feeling that even though HS would be overjoyed about the baby, which is only natural, Minnie will still be his first love. Unless they turn him into some kind of cold, evil stepdad, in which case this might as well be a completely different show.

I am just finding all this so hard to digest. I am also now worried that NB will not win the court case. Oh God!

Maybe they did want to have this baby sooner rather than later, while they are young enough and don't want to waste time. Who knows? I have seen this happen with couples who marry in their mid to late 30s. They don't want to wait too long before becoming parents so that they still have the energy to bring up kids.

All that feather romance leads to this! 😆

But did they discuss, think about consequences, think about Mini’s reaction, did they visit the doctors to get opinions on complications of late pregnancy? Etc etc. Yese hi in couple tries she becomes pregnant at 35? Makes no sense 🙄

I get that since they are in their mid 30’s, if they wanna have a baby they should have it sooner than later. But, at least inke relationship mein thoda toh growth hona chahiye before baby comes in the picture. HS opening up to Babita about his mother and his childhood trauma would have been the best way for them to discuss their future and baby planning 😕
