Govt give plenty retirement benefits tabhi to many run after for govt job . But imo private sector has better health insurance

VRS - Voluntary retirement scheme..if you completed 10years of service and above 40 years age you can take VRS and max you will 1.25lac per month ....its depend on your salary ..waise 50% of last drawn salary hai
