But how can we say the men didn’t turn them down? Everyone in the house said Mugen initially itself told Abhi he has a GF outside and he can’t reciprocate to her. The problem is both the women (Sherin and Abhi) made it seem like it’s their right to love the other person one sided and they guys are wrong for keeping on clarifying they don’t feel the same way. Also both of the women created a scene (one even went to suicidal point) when Tharshan/Mugen didn’t acknowledge them the say way they felt. So perhaps the guys felt obliged to be kind to them as well. Some of those factors could have gone out in the editing...

In season 1 we clearly witnessed some contestants advising Aarav not to cut out Oviya and be close with her even if he doesn’t feel the same way. It could have very well happened here too. Losliya liked Kavin from the beginning and returned his attention towards her. The same is not true for Tharshan and Mugen so I don’t think it’s fair to compare the situations.

los vs mugen.. both are true for their own heart at first... rendu perume perusa plan strategy panla.. some flaws of them due to their lack of experience both are young age still in learning process.. idhula yaaru correctnu solla mudila as both their flaws balancing..

tharsh on other hand, in initial epis I don't like his double meaning jokes, vulgar task to reshma.. then while days goes, he changed good whether its true or according to host hint or by constant paararttu from fellow hms, don't know.. his voice out to vanitha is good.. still im having doubt he had jealous on mugen... i noticed several times his behavior with mugen not listening his talk properly isolated mugen several times...

sandy/sherin - mastermind is good but it shouldn't affect others.. sherin's over arrogance & words during fights & sandys hurtful kalaaichufy others, i hate to core..

Even though abi fan, i agree its abi fault to go behind him after mugen clearly told about gf outside... where mugen fails is '' he didn’t voice out while host told abi is hindrance to his growth '' he even backbitted about abi to kaandy boys.. where abi always support him & not even badmouth him just listen while vani told about him.... she wants clarification for that where chair fight started... this where los scores compared to mugen..
