The way I see it. This can go two ways (if it goes our way).

Bajaj is manipulating Anurag in doing stuff even more reckless. Prerna will never see Bajaj as the bad guy while Anurag will continuously think of him as the devil. Which means a complete difference in anupre's set of ideologies when it comes to Bajaj. The more Prerna will warm up to RB, the further apart AP will grow.

This can involve either the pregnancy track being the last straw and P and RB moving on.

Or RB divorcing Prerna to project the image of altruism and letting her go forever cementing himself as the good guy in her books. He will still manipulate things on the back end, AB will absolutely hate how she trusts RB most and is always so connected to him, and then they will be driven apart forever.

Also the I am not in love yet but possessive part can be used to show how RB is being his darkest, most manipulative self yet, but when he's truly, deeply accepting of his love for her, and sees her in agony, he'd start his path to redemption or being exceptionally honest or benevolent in the truest sense of the word when it comes to AB.

Exactly no one is expecting her to fall in love with Bajaj but she is married now. This changes everything.
