Yup! I think he's telling A the truth deliberately - he's pushing Anurag's buttons now because he knows that no matter how much Anurag tries to cry out about Bajaj, Prerna won't believe him now. She'll have no reason too. The more Rishabh provokes Anurag, the 'crazier' Anurag will get, and the further it will push Prerna away from him and right into Bajaj's waiting arms. It's a cycle.
