Dude the real report is much worse than the fake reports. The reason why Vardhan gave fake reports was because he knew that Dr. Shashank will not believe whatever Vardhan gave to Dr. Shashank and that Dr. Sid will try to get another report.

If u remember before vardhaan gave report that sanjavni is in loss just before that sid has pay bill of 4 lakh for treating that boy. So where that 4 lakh gone

Dude.. just because there is cash flow from one client or patient in this case; doesn't necessarily mean that every patient pays their bills. Lost in this kind of situation is very normal especially if Sanjivani is run as a charity based hospital.

When sanjavni receive 4 lakhs then how can be sanjavni in loss ?

That means that Sanjivani is bleeding more cash than it is making money. Ask any businessman or accountant or banker; then you will know.

And I am saying vardhaan think about rich people because he actually do so

Firstly he changed most of general ward into luxury ward . Ok if vardhaan want to have luxury ward in hospital then he could have ask to construct new room for uxury ward

Well, then he should have asked that from the board. That's not only his fault; that's something that the board wants to happen.

But why to change general ward into luxury ward

He did that not by himself but with the approval of his board. You should ask why the board wants to change the General ward to luxury ward; instead of just acquiring new space and constructing luxury ward without taking the General ward. You do realise that only Dr. Shashank is against the luxury ward? You do realise that he's only a CFO.. he shouldn't be given so much powers to determine the management of the hospital in other department. Yet, the board gave him that power.

Vardhaan left only one or two general ward

Now if more poor patient come so where will poor patient get admitted and if two general ward only engage so where will poor patient go

They will go to the General ward dude of course!!

And that is why Dr shashank oppose vardhaan because vardhaan change most of luxury ward into general ward and leave only one or two general ward

Where do you live? You do realise that most private hospitals have class 4, class 3, class 2, class 1, then vip, vvip whatever?

If doctor is treating patient properly and patient soon recovery from health then more patient also like to visit such hospital and there will be more income

Sometimes even when the doctors are treating patient properly; it takes a long time for a patient to recover and still need to occupy hospital. Sanjivani is a famous India best hospital and yet it is functioning at a lost; yet it didn't expand in the past 10 or 20 years? Who run the hospital that it is suffering to such a level?

Another thing vardhaan actually think about only rich because in one of episode donor give liver for sid sister but vardhaan change donor name list for rich patient who was drukard and liver was ( which was actually for sid sister )transplant into rich patient

I agree with that one! The healthcare system is broken; not only in Sanjivani but perhaps in India.

Because of this behavior of vardhaan . Sid sister health condition become crictical because liver has been already transplant to rich patient and vardhaan even did not care about sister sid

It is just fortunate that a girl who has accident her blood group match with sid sister. Their parents agree to give liver and blood of their daughter to sid sister that sid sister is saved

Other wise if suppose if immediately there was no arrangements of another liver for sid sister then sid sister would have died because of vardhaan evil behavior

And second hand machine has no guarantee if by fortunate it keep working for long time it is ok other wise second hand machine do get stop functioning time to time

Dude it does have a warranty if it is purchased before the warranty is out. It's only 6 months old!! It's not like they're buying 6 years old second hand machines.

Technician can only repair second hand machine but he has not control over that machine will not stop functioning in future

Same thing applied to brand new machine. If it breaks down technician can only repair; they hage no control over that machine completely breaking down.

More over second hand machine ki life bahut Kam hoti hai . Ultimately if second hand machine stop functioning altogether then one has to buy again machine very early so all money will be gone only buying machine in quick intervals

Second hand machine that is only 6 months old? Really? Which part of 6 months old it is so difficult to understand? If the machine is 6 years old; I think Dr. Juhi will support Dr. Shashank in not wanting second hand machines.

Dude!! There is a big different if you buy a second hand 6 months car with a second hand 6 years car. Same difference!!

Also, are they stupid enough to buy a second hand machine without inspecting it first? Somehow I don't think so! If they purchase machine without inspecting first and asking for professional opinions and got defects then I think they deserve it for their stupidity.

And yet my uncle's friend bought a brand new Mitsubishi Outlander and the machine heat up that it broke down... just saying..

One has not to buy machine in quick interval and waste money on just buying machine if new machine is bought

In one of episode vardhaan even said to someone ki hum se general ward ka board ko hata denge yahan pur ameeron ka ilaz hoga

Suppose if tomorrow if there is loss in sanjavni but still is not right method just because vardhaan want gain in hospital he will remove general ward and change it to luxury Ward

There is no need to play with poor life just to cover up loss. There are other many ways from which loss can be cover with out playing with poor lives

And I am not talking about outer defect of second hand machine. I am taking about internal functioning of machine. Internal function of second hand machine cannot run long time

Okay, so firstly its not at all clear what type of hospital Sanjivani is on the first episode Shashank said Govt. Helps Sanjivani then it's mean Govt. also funds Sanjivani. So, Sanjivani is a semi private hospital and in this type of hospital the fee structure is generally very much less than private hospitals if simple consulting fees of a fully private hospital is for example 500 then the consulting fees of this hospital is 200 or 150.

So, if Sanjeevani is that type of hospital then Vardhan is to be put simply exploiting the people and I think the Cvs wants to show how much black money hospitals can acquire cause their aren't any bill or proof that they had taken this much money, at this time from this patient.

And you pointed that Vardhaan is just a CFO but he is a CFO with many connections and we all know how well connections work and the second hand machines, to be truthful they'll cause more harm and loss then anything else.

And what is Vardhaan is doing will just cause doom of Sanjivani. You should know how hospitals go by their reputations even all the big hospitals like fords and all people don't trust them as they trust AIIMS. All thanks to the ventilator cases and many such greed filled cases of such hospitals and some home clinics of good doctors has more patients coming to them all because of the trust factor.

A hospital to run and thrive doesn't need luxury what it really requires is good and trustworthy doctors, whose medicines work and doctors who have good reputation and effective diagnosis or after a time patient will automatically stop visiting the hospital and bad reputation will linger with the hospital even if it have world best doctors and well best facilities, patients will think twice before visiting the hospital remembering all those things and patients in such case find trust in some other medicine like ayurveda or homeopathy and their beileve from dimnishes.

Vardhaan is definitely playing with poor patient life because

He has changed almost all general ward into luxury ward and I gave example of sid sister how he changed priority of recipient then indeed he is playing with poor patient

For sanjavni to cover up loss there was no need to turn general ward into luxury Ward. This is wrong

And real report

was not worst than fake report. Real report actually show that sanjavni was not in loss even Dr juhi question about this to vardhaan but vardhaan succeed to manipulate them

And I don't believe that second hand machine can be just six months older may be more than 5 year older because if machine is good then it can run for more than 5 years and if there any internal damage in machine it can be repair with in warrany period

No one will sell new machine just after 6 month and suppose one has need to sell new machine just after 6 month that means that means will have just cheap quality part that is why it cannot be run more than 6 year or may be that machine from local company

And Dr rishabh is doing is what vardhaan is saying

More over vardhaan is not going to test patient with machine to use to koi farak nahi padega kyoki machine to vardhaan ko to use karni nahi hai

It is Dr shashank will use machine to farak to Dr shashank ko padega

My point is sanjavni is not at all lose

Just to get his work done want to give more importance to rich patient he use such cunning trick

He wants to make luxury ward to give importance to rich patient but with out any reason he can't make luxury ward so he just prepare fake reason just because there is loss that is why he is asking to make luxury ward but that is not actually so. His actually reason to have luxury ward just time give importance to rich patient

He actually think ki if more and more rich patient and less patient will come then hospital will get good reputation

And for Dr Sid and Dr Rishab, I mainly pointed out that ventilator case, leaving scissors in patient stomach, problem in one kidney operating another kidney, leaving dead patient in ventilator and extorting money from them that type of cases in hospitals cause their ruins and with Sid suggesting surgery that happens all the time. Its depends on patients body stamina and how many surgery the body could withstand in the time period and I'm saying this from personal experience, also age factors plays major role in that so even what Dr Sid did suggested to Natasha it won't cause any major damage to hospital. Dr sid takes money for his time but he has never denied treating any patient whether he is rich or poor,so all the things of Dr Sid playing with rich patients life is untrue and that liver transplant case the rich patient on medical basis and ethics wasn't fit to have that liver transplant but he got it all thanks to Vardhan and he ain't even a doctor and has no knowledge what is right for lives and what's wrong yet he took that decision and again the age factor matters in this case too.

P.s : I'm not taking Sid's side or shielding his actions, I'm against those acts too but everyone saying he doesn't care for his rich patient is wrong he takes money from them but then he gives them his time and services too from what I've seen till now.

Yes, it depends on patients whether he wants to attend govt hospital or private or semi govt and like our dear Itv is showing poor or middle class people dont at all attend such kind of hospitals. So, if they're trying to show what a great help Sanjivani is doing to them then they're fundamentally wrong if they really want to show that then they should have shown a govt hospitals and the condition of doctors, residents and interns there. It would have been enlightening for everyone and I'm also saying from personal experience that in the Sanjivani type hospital the general ward is just for name, a small ER where the poor dies and the family members cries and I've seen that happening in front of my eyes and can't ever just forget that scene. The helplessness, the wails and blood and the ER just at the extreme corner even behind the canteen and towards the back entry of hospital told the story of how much the poor are tolerated in those hospital. The front automatic glass door and receptionist never greeted those patients and their family neither the nurses or wardboys cared for their needs. The suffocating room to small and congested in comparison to the grand rooms in the whole hospital with the best doctors in the city. Doctors who had forgotten their oaths, doctors for whom money matters more than life.

And I can tell though that girl going to treat by Dr rahul but vardhaan will sure take extra charges from that girl

More over they have not shown Dr rahul yet what is intention it is not clear so I can't comment on much that girl part. Let me listen proper dialogue of rahul let me see how he is going to treat that girl only that base I can say what Dr rahul want to do
