long lasting punishment is there for umair, the agony of not helping his mom in her poor health. she would have survived few more months or yrs even if umair has paid attention there. also he never told sadia about aaliya health so maybe if he did, they could have handled things differently, i mean atleast sadia would do

His mother never getting to hold her grand child,never got to know her,that thought would be a daily torture for a person like Umair.His love for his mom is very deep,much more than what sumbul had for her mom .....so how is it not punishment
