Exactly. She’s chosen a wrong profession. She should be glad she’s an Indian tv actor so she can pass off not doing romantic scenes and get away with it. You are a freaking female lead of a popular show, where you share a great chemistry with a male lead. You need to be okay with some romantic scenes, no ones’s asking her to do lip locking and bold scenes, but to be uncomfortable with a hug for an actor, that’s just BS 🙄.

I agree with you now that maybe they should have chosen a different actress that would have been okay with enacting intimate scenes. It’s just very unfair to AD. Hope PH and her get lots of criticism for it so they are aware of what audience wants.

Babita said that Ashok loved her a lot, took care of her and never touched her without her consent. They were happy whenever he was with her etc. That's why she was so thrown off when he came back with Meeta.

Didn’t babita herself say that ashok ignored her and barely paid her attention on the rare occasion that he did visit? Also didn’t ashok say that gifts and stuff he bought for her was only the same stuff he bought for his mother and sister? Where’s this “taking care and loved her a lot” coming from? From the start they’ve said ashok left quite soon after the wedding and barely visited, and when he did visit, he kind of ignored babita. They even did an episode of a flashback once showing him play with mini but ignoring babita.

The writers seem to change things very often. It’s almost like they’ve forgotten the messages they send out at the start

Very very unprofessional and unfair to Aniruddh as well. And why is she getting away with it? Because the PH is small. If this was any other production house, she would have never gotten away with it 🤔.

I appreciate her not wanting to do intimate scene( although from the few serials I’ve seen you can’t really call the love scenes “intimate” 🤣) but when did a hug become intimate?

As an actress it might not have been the best idea on her part to sign up to play a female lead that revolves around a woman marrying out of love for the 2nd time. It’s a bit ironic her being the lead of a show showing women’s emancipation but finding Hugging a man as “too intimate” 🤦‍♀️

She’s not very different in this way then to the character who she plays who’s also not into “intimacy”. Imagine being uncomfortable with a hug, like how unprofessional is that!

There’s no confirmation that Paridhi did say she is not comfortable with Hug.

That’s what the member implied.

What interview is this? Also there was an article where she said no intimate scenes so I won’t be surprised if she has this clause in her contract. If it is then that's highly unprofessional.

Edit: Also looking at how the scene was played today, it’s possible that it’s because of Paridhi they are not showing any romantic or intimate scenes.
