There are many story lines like this to be honest. The male lead loses their way and becomes destroyed in love and how they come back from it. That's why the writing here was a bit smart. They are playing that card with A and not having him as the reason bajaj is in jail. Because A literally has no evidence against bajaj. Bajaj can free himself only when he wants to. A has nothing to do with it. So he is not the reason bajaj is in jail. That's smart thinking there

Point has finally come where P character needs to be badly saved, after writers today made her pull a stunt of faking closeness with her husband. So save P = make A culprit.

Kukki Anurag bond might play when Bajaj wants to take over Basu mansion or counter case on A for plotting with criminal intent and if A breaks down or regrets , this time P "may not" side him but Kukki might go and wipe his tears that's when Bajaj will let go off the basus and A...

judging from the way A is in the precap it makes no sense for him to pull back the case. There is no case for him to pull back anyway. It's bajaj who has to decide if he wants to go home or not. So something happens to make him come home. Even what bajaj said about telling kuki he is on a business trip; he is more determined to have P find out his innocence. As shin said by wed he should be out. So something will have to take place.
