You are trying to feel better but your subconscious is not letting you. That's why the reaction. But you can beat this mood. I recommend you writing this down. If you are not comfortable crying it out and getting rid of it that way,just write everything down. Could be complete gibberish,doesnt have to be pretty or nice writing,just whatever you are feeling put in on paper. You can release a lot of anxiety that way. Additionally,i recommend running. All round stress buster. I would say meditation too but currently we don't have a mindset to be that still so go running. Ekdom sokal bela. You will feel better the whole day. This too shall pass :)
