Karthik took the decision to marry Vedika. She is not saying wrong. Vedika during the different ceremonies at one point told Karthik that we shouldn't go through with this but he said no I want to move forward in life. Just give me some time and everything will work out. He said this in front of the whole family.

Karthik's silence is what is making the situation worse. Honestly I don't feel sorry for Naira. Right now Vedika has been put in a difficult situation she got married and ex wife and child came along. She tried to adjust to the situation but it is unfair to expect her to be comfortable with Naira continuing to live in that house. It is a shame Naira doesn't understand that. As a human being she allowed Naira to stay because Kairav was not well. Now Naira should not take advantage of her kindness which she has already done.

I hate how disgusting they have made Karthik and Naira and they are horrible parents. If Vedika was my friend I would tell her that for her wellbeing to get out of this mess because Kairav and Naira will always be part of their lives even if she moves out of the Goenka home. Naira doesn't understand boundaries and has no problem crossing them. She is just a shameless person.

Anyway I have decided to stop watching the show. I will read written updates but I refuse to watch this nonsense because I have started hating Karthik and Naira. Not only did they destroy their own lives but have put their families through hell too. The way Kdadi beat Akhilesh and kicked him out of the house I pray she does the same to Karthik and Naira. Had both of these people gotten a few thappar's in their childhood they would have not grown up to be such horrible adults.

Mohsin has said it time and again in his interviews that Kartik is torn between his love and duty. Vedika’s father died saving him, of course he feels guilty. The family pressurised him into the marriage by saying Vedika is your responsibility because you brought her to our house.

It’s not the actor, even though yes sometimes I feel his emotions are confusing, but the storyline. They want to fit so many plot lines, that they are not exploring the emotions of each character properly, which makes it seem that they are being hypocritical and two-faced.

The aspect of Kartik fulfilling his husband duties towards Vedika because he feels he owes it to her due to being responsible for her father’s death hasn’t been mentioned once (on-screen) while the actors are aware of it. Even Pankhuri has mentioned that in her interviews.

So who’s fault is it? The directors, screenplay writers, creative director or the actors?

At this point they need to figure this out and make some changes. In interviews the actor playing Karthik conveys a different story than what is being portrayed in the show. This is big discrepancy because his thoughts on Vedika as a character are not portrayed the way he says in interviews.

Also, just to add, even during the mehendi segment, Pankhuri said Vedika knows Kartik has said all that (promised to move on and what not) for his family’s sake but she agrees to give it a chance.

I just feel that the story is not being executed properly due to the screenplay. The actors are very clear on where their characters stand.

I won’t be surprised if Vedika is diagnosed with a mental condition because she has started acting crazy. She would be turned into an obsessive lover because right now she’s only bothered about being Kartik’s wife. She didn’t care about Surekha but was more concerned about Kartik not sharing the news with her even though he hasn’t communicated with her in 5 years. She doesn’t care about Kartik being with his son, who he met after 5 years. Doesn’t want him gone from the house but Kartik’s life, so she can have Kartik all to herself. Now she would apparently attempt suicide as well. That’s akin to being obsessed, which is a mental problem.

Okay i am confused because there was no love to begin with... atleast not from kartiks side...she is clearly manipulating and emotionally blackmailing naira... because naira loves kartik...and no mattter what she is going to put his happiness over hers. And thus she will think kartik wants this. Sigh. Vedika is one bad character.

Also maybe it was leaked they want to create some suspense .... and different from what they originally thought. Or these maybe bigger picture and under them will be the points ...

I don't know if this will be called lying , Kartik was forced but eventually he promised to try to make things work between the both of them, so in a way he married her when he also had a choice not to..but anyway her saying does give an impression that he married her happily which is not the case.

He really needs to take a stand ....for naira or for vedika. He should be the one choosing ....

I have no sympathies left for Vedika because she wants Kairav gone from the city. Would have understood if she had asked Naira to move to the SS, but nope. She wants Kairav gone from Kartik’s life for good. If you love someone, you want the best for them. Maybe Vedika thinks Kartik has moved on from Naira but is she oblivious to Kartik’s love for Kairav as well? She saw how much Kartik suffered in the past 5 years, is able to taunt Naira about it, yet wants to add to his sufferings by separating him from his son? That’s low IMO.

As for Naira, she only needs to tell Kartik that she’s moving out of GV to SS because he’s married now. How can Kartik expect her to stay in GV forever while he remains married to Vedika.

I don’t understand why would she even think about leaving the city or try to act mahan. There’s a thing as joint custody.

If Naira moves out the of GV yet Kartik is unable to move on, Vedika should realise that the problem isn’t in Naira but Kartik.

I am hoping against all odds that Naira acts sensibly and takes a stand for her self-respect, her son’s relationship with his father and is honest and upfront with Kartik rather than provoking his anger in trying to good by Vedika.

Vedika only wants karthik ..it doesn’t matter how he feels ...it’s all about her. Yes karthik married her due to family pressure , pressure from her and obligations when he thought the wife he loved was dead and when he didn’t know he had a son. So obviously things have changed now. She’s not blind...she can see how he runs after naira ..how much he loves kairav...so either she’s mentally challenged ..where she doesn’t have the capacity to consider other people besides herself or she’s highly selfish and manipulative..where she’s only concerned about her needs . And I think it’s the latter. She’s not a stupid or timid woman ... she knows when to make the right move. The only reason she let naira come into the house was because naira promised her that she’d leave when kairav was well. She doesn’t care that karthik does not want to live away from his son. If she truly loved karthik..she’d want to give him back his family..she’d unite him with naira and kairav. But she is not willing to let go of her dream ..a life with karthik..even though he shows no interest in her.

I meant after suicide drama it is expected she would surrender to Vedika's demands. There's no obligation on Naira to take care of Vedika, if she is suicidal Naira should tell this to her husband and family, they must take care of her and assure her if required, leaving the city is no choice if one sees from Kairav's pov. I remember the list had Naira leaving for Singhanias place. Probably suicide drama was a way to execute ' Naira leaving Kartik's house 'or they added it bcz the storyline was leaked so to show something unexpected they added it ..They might change the sequence of tracks that were apparently to take place i feel ...I m really looking forward to naira and Kartik getting followed by revelation of Naira's past...there was no custody track on the list, probably it will come out in Oct or was it reliable?

@bold I don't think Naira maiya will leave city....she won't be able to anyhow...she might go to SS....but she won't leave the city...even if she tries to Kartik will reach there on time and will stop her from leaving....I don't think there will be any past to reveal...though they could have went with any past revelation...her being depressed...her being in coma for initial years and liza taking care of her child...or her carrying twins and end up losing one of them....plus Naira needs to visit that jail room to understand the damage she caused...

I think Naira thinking to leave the city along with Kairav is offensive. Surely Kartik will not let them go, this may trigger anger in him and he ll end up demanding Kairav's custody.

As per the leaked storyline, something related to Naira's pregnancy/ past 5 years will come out and Kartik will take care of Naira but it doesn't go with custody track 😕

Both need to know how both of them made each other miserable due to their actions, I hope CVs donot overlook this.
