i hated dadu more than the rest. lovely and biji are always double sided, but dadu OMG. i started hating him when he did noput sense into biji and lovely during the sangeet.

now i absolutely abhor him.

It is beyond me how Khuranas function. I simply forwarded their scenes and I've no regrets.

And what the heck! Did they just justify whatever Lovely’s done to Babita in the past just like that? 😡... I mean in what way was it right for lovely to always taunt and judge Babita for everything? Oh it doesn’t matter what she did to Babita, it justifies everything because she loved Minnie like her own daughter. Such **** crap 😡

You're right. But kya karu? Yeh dil maange more. Happiness should be enjoyed without any occasion, but if the occasion presents itself, why not grab it with both hands?

parents slapping their child is fine. it should not be a daily occurence, but once in a while when the child has done something really wrong, or in emotions, then its acceptable.

they are parents, they have a right on us.

babita or HS raising their hand is acceptable cause they are mini's parents, but ashok raising his hand is not, because he was naver a father to mini.

and in the episode where he slapped mini, there were beautiful dialogues, where mini says that she would have been happy to be slapped by her father, had he slapped her to stop her from committing a mistake and not hiding his own mistakes.

There have been restrained moments of happiness. Like today, when Mini said that she fears Babita's hand slipping out - but she wants that to slip, which will help her fly - I was beaming. When she said she is ready to let go to find her all over again, I was overjoyed! Her being ready for that detachment itself speaks so much. I'm impressed! That was such a great moment of joy.

But again, its one thing to be ready and another to actually face it. Ab jo bhi hai, bring it on!

The way I see it is (not justifying them) that Khuranas are portrayal of society here .. where they never consider DIL as daughter and any link with them is through their grandchild .. So whatever (and however worse) their child feels with their DIL is justified in their eyes .. because the DIL is an outsider .. PERIOD
