I think his words will be a double edged sword. I am of the opinion that Rishabh will take care of Kookie and will not say a word to Prerna. The state she is in is because of him, it will be unfair and selfish of him to just ask her to take care of Kookie now leaving everything. Also I don't think Prerna will straight up ignore Kookie. Maybe she won't be there for the night. Idk just I feel he'll be in deep sated guilt till he proves his innocence or redeems himself somehow. He won't mock or get angry at her at this state. He looks broken looking at her condition.
