Komo left before her contract was up. That was because the actress had commitments and they didn't recast her. The fact that komo is coming back is grabbing headlines and rumors are spreading of another actress playing her ekta is aware of all of it. I believe hina will be available soon to come back. Ekta knows KSG signed a one year contract. He has the choice to renew or not. KSG seems to enjoy playing grey bajaj and not to mention getting web series from ekta as a bonus. I don't think he will leave the show but he will be gone for some months and come back. It'll be a back and forth thing. Also bajaj is ekta golden character. She ain't ruining him for nothing or no one. Bajaj had many chances to harm A but he didn't. Today is no different

Also if hina signed a one year contract like KSG that means she still has to complete it. They probably let her go to finish her projects and she has to come back when she is finished because of the contract terms.

CVS are making her someone with no identity of her own and she is limited to either being A’s P or Mrs. Bajaj.

Also bajaj is a big character to play. Ekta acknowledged on twitter that whoever plays it has big shoes to fill. Ekta believes she found the perfect bajaj aka KSG. If I know any better like hina they will let KSG leave when he wants to do other projects and come back to play the character. Hats why KSG said he will maintain a balance with tv web series and films. As long as bajaj is interesting KSG will stay.
