Hiding option does not mean that u r deactivating newbie account so they are coming again. Hiding option mean that u can only hide their post but canot deactive their account . If if newbie posting offensive post again and again u can hide offensive post of newbie again and again

And hide option can only hide particular offensive comment. To hide another offensive comment of newbie u have to again click hide button in their next comment

what does comment quality too low mean? I'm not able to create a topic because of it

I think this is part of IF new policy where they are not going to create forums for new serials unless there is a major demand for it😈, which is wrong in my opinion.

HBS should have been under Zee but I guess bugs in web dev are still being ironed out😵. It seems HBS is under no name directory😲.

To find an unlisted show use the search function at the top, select 'shows' from the drop down menu and hit search button. If the show is listed the discussion forum will be under discussion tab 👍🏼 . Hope this helps ⭐️.
