Honestly I am such a sucker for soft men because you very rarely see them as a male lead on ITV. So the way that Karan chooses to portray Bajaj's more humane moments is a welcome treat to me. His eyes are soft, pained and frustrated. He doesn't want to explain himself for the umpteenth time, but he's frustrated that she doesn't trust him. That he wishes she at least knew him well enough by now to not play the blame game with him.
That's the power of KSG, he can make any character look like a super good human being who one should root for! He is just a pro at that!
