When life becomes mundane, it becomes natural to not react to those feelings .. until one fine day when someone touches that raw nerve and each and every feeling comes to the surface

In her case those feelings are buried deep inside .. and dheere jalna just gave her a reminder that she has them too .. but she put a snooze on them for the time being ..

Her time has come now and soon she will start experiencing them

To me that was some sensual thing that happened during dheere jalna .. and yes she did feel something .. it was a reminder of her suppressed unfulfilled desires .. and that she too has them..
