Sorry to raise this point again and again but Im still very confused on who is right/wrong as far as Vanitha Sherin issue is concerned

Sure Vanitha was wrong in terming the relationship as affair but at the same time Sherin has time and again admitted that she has had feelings for Tharshan. Secondly she has somewhat wrongly conveyed to Tharshan that she things "we" are having an affair but time and again Vanitha has told both Sherin and Tharshan that it isnt about Tharshan and he is keeping his distance

So that had made Tharshan feel that Vanitha is doing double speak

How it is useful or one makes use of it depends on the person who is sent there and how they want to proceed further in the game..

You know what . Vanitha mentioned the word affair only once..but sherin repeated the word for atleast 20 times. May be she wanted the audience to take note of it...

As far as I am concerned sherin made a hill out of a mole just because she was in nomination....chumma scene....
