Teej mein bhi women fast, they perform puja...Goddess Parvati is worshiped...Praying for happiness in married life I suppose...It is for welcoming the monsoon...And a complete fair type atmosphere hota hai, filled with celebrations... I recently was on a trip to Jaipur during Teej time last month and udhar I got the info from the guide..

Now I donno if in actual the husband breaks the Teej vrat, but in Indian TV land I have seen the husband or hone waala pati, premi being the one breaking the Teej fast..😆
