But sana in precap they showed doc tell zeenant that hum unhe bachaya nehi paye. Someone has died. It can't be sadia or baby bec then aaliya won't talk about DNA test.?

If not Hamid then ahmer should question Umair.

Maybe and indirectly blame umair and make him feel guilty that he revealed about their affair so ahmer wants to leave her now. Emotional drama.

Sadia wasn't there in the precap. If she is admitted too, they are chances for early delivery or DNA test very soon.

Or was she in icu room with Hamid. And he was apologising to her.

If Hamid dies, zeenant should disown zubi. Maybe ahmer will take of everything at Hamid funeral. I want a good apology scene between sadia ahmer. Sadia may not forgive him but she deserves ahmer apology .
