Actually there is nothing shown in serial till yet to believe she considers Prerna as her mother because of her condition...She only sees her as Caring lady staying with their family...We only assume from husband wife scene that she is her mother...Plus not shown as well if she is mature enough to make implicit assumption

Correct me if am wrong if there even a scene in sign language introducing her as her mother!
