Her breakdown towards end of epi, was also due to after effects of her husband was angry with her and didnt listen to what she wanted to say. Her only support system now angry with her, for reason unknown to her so she went back to first 2-3days of her marriage.

She wanted to talk to him abt Anurag keep bringing his wish to stay with her in this house. But her husband didnt listen so she thought of sort this out on her own but no courage. So the breakdown.

So true. Her breakdown is more triggered from her husband's rejection to listen to her views and his anger. She is upset because of this more.
