Anushka was last seen in the 2018 film Zero alongside Shah Rukh Khan and Katrina Kaif. And reportedly, the actress has been receiving a bunch of movie offers but has refused all of them. This has, in turn, raised speculations about the actress’s pregnancy.
The 31-year-old actress has also been offered to play the female lead in Satte Pe Satta remake alongside Hrithik Roshan, but she seems uncertain of accepting the offer, which has further added fuel to the pregnancy conjecture

However, the other way to look at the situation could be that the actress is simply waiting for the right projects to come her way. In fact, the couple has been lately spending some quality time vacationing together.
The rumors of Anushka and Virat having a baby have been making the rounds on the Internet for a very long time, with no confirmation ever. The PK actress had reacted to the same saying, "People can keep speculating (about someone being pregnant), and then after four months when they realise that these stories are false, they will feel silly and say, 'Let's go after the other one who got married, let's talk about her now'! This is done to generate news. There is absolutely no truth to it and it's not something that's being planned in the near future.”
Well, whether Anushka’s break from the movies is the reason for the Good News, only time will tell…
