he had thought of. imarti whenever he saw babes as starting... I have seen an episode where he says to naeem bi that thought I will get good food just like how imarti used to do... at that time naeem bi said that she is not imarti...

I remember after that he never compared her to imarti... Even now he is not comparing her to imarti though he is hurt but he dint compare... He loved her as babita...he will. Love her as Babita... Bcoz he knows that not every relation is similar...

That's why in that Babita stopping him from drinking episode he said imarti imarti thi... It means u both have different place in my heart...

I think she has enjoyed being in a position of power in this 'relationship' knowing that he pined for her and that she had the ability to say yes or no and decide their future. She has also always known what kind of man he is, that he would wait for a lifetime for her to open up if he needed to. Meeta coming in made her insecure and then this whole Imarti episode because his memories of her weren't just faded away or buried somewhere, they were still very much breathing and living.

By asking her to go away from his life through his harsh words, and then putting Imarti's photo on the wall to show her place in his life, HS had, in Babita's view, effectively put Imarti first. He had tried to drive Babita away because of Imarti and the case, she had come second for him then even though she had finally decided by that time that she would make him come first in her life.

By putting a condition like that she made it clear that she wanted him to always choose her as his first option, even over Imarti, even over the hurtful words he had spoken to her because of Imarti. Her pride and jealousy would not let her even think of being second on his list.

I'm echoing what Mahi said here:

Babes wanting to be chosen first in life is understandable. Given what she went through because of Ashok, I don't fault her for this. But to have that arrogance and to some extent, manipulating HS' feelings so that her own don't get hurt, is something that I just can't digest. I can't support her if this is her way of securing HS' love and her position in his life.

He's not comparing the two women and neither are we. I was talking about the nature of his relationship with each of them.

Same here. You've always mentioned how Imarti is like fire and Babes is like the Earth. I try to use those comparisons to see how he fell in love with Babes but I just can't see it. I can see his love for Imarti even with my eyes closed but with Babes, dhoond ne se bhi mil ra.

Guys, chill maro. Everything will get back to normal eventually. Babita will realize, will also apologize to HS. HS will be happy and content in his married life as well. Sab hoga 😃.

Sometimes I feel we always have OTT, negative reactions if Babita does anything wrong at all, but we always give the benefit of the doubt to Hanuman, however wrong he is. Maybe its just the way the characters are written, or maybe its the way Aniruddh performs. Idk.

Personally, I feel like the chemistry between Imarti/HS and Babes/HS will never be the same. They are two different kind of loves and will hence evoke a different emotion from me. With Imarti/HS, it was fiery, passionate and intense. With Hanita, it's more calm, soothing and has an air like quality. It's 100% like Dheere Jalna. It's slow, but so deep and the intensity is on a different level than Imarti/HS.
