Yes, I wanted to stick to Naina’s original character sketch in the show of someone willing to stretch her boundaries out of her love for Sameer. Be it showing up as the only girl in his birthday party so that he wouldn’t skip the cake cutting or insisting that he sleep in her room in Mt Abu because he was unwell.

Where there is trust and love between a married couple, physical intimacy naturally follows, at least in most cases.

I wanted to maintain Naina’s original inquisitive and daring in Sameer’s love character sketch here. She read about cancer and tried to dissuade him from smoking, she read a book and made him a sweater on couple of days.. this felt right to me.
