They gave in willingly because they weren't strong enough to fight for their love so they chose to fight with their love. Even back then, Komolika wasn't to be blamed. Even now, Bajaj isn't to be blamed. It was Anurag back then. It is Prerna now.

I do agree they take the sacrificing route, they did not do it willingly but it was helplessness.

Helplessness is different from willingness, isn't it ?

And I don't agree that komolika or Bajaj are not to be blamed. Anurag and Prerna allowing people to use them doesn't mean the people who uses them are not to be blamed.

When I say willingly, I mean it as willingly giving in. Willingly choosing to marry instead of any other way. Willingly sacrificing for other's sake.

If I am doing something that puts me in a trouble - then it is my responsibility and I am solely responsible for it. How do I blame the other person if I am the reason because of which I am in that trouble? We gotta take responsibilities of our acts, don't we?

We got to take complete responsibilities and it's upto the self to be preplanned and precautious , totally agree.

But that doesn't leave out that the other person also used the opportunity, I won't say it's NOT his/her fault or nothing to do with them when they did misuse it. Ofcourse they are not solely responsible, but they are responsible as well.

People are selfish. They do what is profitable to them and to their people. That depends upon the nature. A lion has to eat meat if he wants to survive and he does that, because he is selfish about his living. That's his need. That's his nature. That's how he is. Komolika was selfish for her obsession with Anurag. She wanted him by hook or crook so she did everything that she could to get what she wanted. She wouldn't have got what she wanted had Anurag not given in. Bajaj is selfish for his daughter. He saw his daughter genuinely and ecstatically happy and comfortable with Prerna which also was having a brilliant positive effect on her health. He got an opportunity to get the best for his daughter. Why wouldn't he take it? He, also, wouldn't have got what he wanted had Prerna not given in.

The bottom line is, neither Komolika would have got Anurag not Bajaj would have got Prerna had Anurag and Prerna not given in. So from where I see this thing, Komolikw and Bajaj's dreams wouldn't have completed without Anurag and Prerna giving in. So it will always be about Anurag and Prerna than Komolika and Bajaj for me whenever it would come to blaming someone for their miseries.

Different people different opinions :)

IMO, a lion finds out a deer's weakness to hit it right and have a good meat, but that doesn't mean I blame it totally on the deer's inability to escape from the lion, it is aware of its dangers and stays diligent enough, yet cannot help it when pounced upon.

I would still feel sorry for the deer that it got killed for no fault of it and wish that the lion never had to do what it did.

That's a good point in argument and I can't think of an impressive response so I give up. šŸ¤—

Also because I am miserable due to the work load here. šŸ¤¢šŸ˜†
