Firstly, she shouldn’t have performed the surgery on a hunch.

Second, if Rishabh was there from the start why did he not say anything in the beginning, why is he reprimanding her after the surgery

I feel there was editing and execution problem...rishab's reprimanding/scolding is for taking decision by her own without consulting seniors and even without proper scans...parents must have given their consent to operation seeing their daughter in that state...

After that rishab might did the operation and ishani must have assisted him...

He let that go in starting of operation considering crucial time of the patient and then as a responsible senior scolded her after the operation for her impulsiveness...

Yes, rishab is correct and ishani needed this...she should change lot of her ways...and the makers also handling this like that only...they didnt glorify her presence of mind by rishab...she is very much flawed...

Someone here pointed this overconfidence also in some other thread that this is the problem of every brilliant student be it any profession...yeah ishani is like that...she wants to prove her knowledge, wants to prove she is not like her parents, wants to prove she is best in everything she is doing. She even said this type of line in the first epi itself like what she says is ALWAYS truth...

But when rishab pointed out that she broke the rule she was perplexed.

But yeah editing and execution have severe problems...in three / four places i felt this....they should concentrate on this...

Sid and Anjali I'm not sure but for Ishani I feel her father was a doc in Sanjivani and Dr Shashanks friend. He might have been involved in some scam and suspended but Dr Shashank knew that he was innocent. He was in touch with him and that's why he said that he knew Ishani since childhood.
