I have been suffering from m*s**ub*tion / p*r* addiction since I was 15. I was one of the class toppers in 10th grade scoring over 85% in board exam. Since then it has been a downward spiral for me. By the time I was in 12th I completely lost interest in studies and cleared it with border 44 percent. Every time I try to study my mind wanders towards bad thoughts. I went to many psychiatrist but nothing worked. I'm 29 and jobless now. This addiction has completely destroyed my life. Even though my parents have done everything to help me , I failed them all my life.

Nothing I guess ... Life on the forum hasn't been all that interesting that warrants a confession except this forum lead me to find Asian forum .. And Kdramas have been an addiction of mine for many years! ... 🤗

You should communicate with real world people and if you have a crush on someone it would encourage you to work hard and be worthy of that person. Try to create emotional connection with people .
