They had to shove Uri into 2018 in case another propaganda movie comes out in 2019. Then that one would need to be rewarded also so they're making space.

Usually fans of people that have never won a National Award have the most to say but would be the first ones hyping it if their fav ever won a National Award. It’s the biggest award for films in the country no matter what people say. Congrats to all the winners!
