Okay finally saw the episode properly and here is my take:
Firstly, a lot of people seem confused over Prerna's readily acceptance of being RB's wife. I honestly struggle with the same but I can understand her reactions and where she's coming from. I think when he told her he married her for his daughter, a connection sparked between them. An understanding. Prerna understands, she understands the limits you would cross, the things you would do for the people you love. She was ready to sell herself to a lusting pervert for her family, she married RB to save Anurag's life. The same way RB crossed all limits to do what he thought was right for his daughter. Haan farq hai. But he would've probably sacrificed himself for Cookie if he had to. In this scenario, it was Prerna she needed, and he was selfish enough to give his daughter whatever she wanted no matter the cost.
I think Prerna connects with that impulsive junooniat you feel for people you love. She would've given up anything, her own life, for her loved ones. Done anything. And he did the same. Which is why, even in her hatred and turmoil, I think she understands him, and his pain, his complexities got to her.
Second part, the girl does deserve a break. She cannot be constantly expected to be on a hate-mode, rant-mode, on defense. For now she needs some calm, some peace, some time to process her thoughts. She got a safe haven in terms of kuki and she jumped at the opportunity to lose herself into that role because her life has been so confusing so far. So for her to see that girl and those people hurt, mingled with the complete recklessness of a person she used to love and respect, she was bound to react.
OKAY TODAY'S EPISODE NOW. KSG WHY ARE YOU SO GOOD? HE MAKES ME SO SO PROUD TO BE A FAN HONESTLY. Like I'm legit so blown away by him. The wait was worth it. His comeback is beautiful. I loved how calm, collected he was. Poore Basu Khaandaan ko bharaas nikaalne diya phir he got to the point. The control he has over his emotions is phenomenal. I LOVED how he was like ab main yahaan rahoonga. the little glimpse of sadism AAHH YESSSS I LOVE THIS! He never has to raise his voice to be heard, never has to throw a tantrum. He speaks. And people listen. The Basus are sahi ki MM. Like the shouting, the ottness, the paagalpan omg. Thats NOT how classy people behave. Khair.
Prerna letting her husband speak and then quietly following him. THE BUILDING COMMUNICATION, TRUST, RESPECT BETWEEN THEM IS SOOOOO GOOOD! RB is setting goals. And I'm just so glad she's away from the Basus. Mohini and her clique. SO TACTLESS. That little bit between him and prerna was SO SO GOOD <3 CAN WE HAVE MORE? His ineptness at being emotionally demonstrative, not being able to do something as simple as show gratitude without feeling vulnerable. thori si Mr. Khan ki jhalak bhi yaad aagayi haha. And Prerna and him communicating like that. YES. THIS IS WHAT I WANT. FRIENDSHIP. RESPECT. TRUST. UNDERSTANDING. He elevates her and she's learning to understand him.
The last line where he said kapre pack karke hi chalegaye? OMG HE CRACKED ME UP HAHAHA!🤣
I loved reading everything from the perspective of PB and about the episode ..❤️❤️ Bajaj is the soul of KZK and KSG is making the character live and imprint in our heart and mind 👏❤️.
Bold: sarcasm and Bajaj a lethal combination...🤣🤣
