Oh, then I wouldn't put it down to stalking. Seeing the character graph, he looks like someone who would do vast research on someone/something if he feels he wants to acquire it.

The unfortunate part is, that prerna is not an object that he purchased for his daughter. She is a human being and on top of it pregnant. After revealing the pregnancy, he shouldn't have gone ahead my the "deal". Just my 2 cents.
