how did bajaj take over basu company then? He told prerna that he has many shares from basu company which I'm sure anurag wasn't aware of. Even though there is a loophole mr bajaj will be the one to come out victorious in the end.
Because Komolika saved Basu Publications by marrying Anurag. He needed her to save his company. Which meant that Komolika could've brokered for a great percentage in Basu Publications. Then you have Anurag's shares. Moloy's shares. Nivi's shares. Idk the percentage, but one of them having the sum of all shares? Not possible. So Komolika then somehow having Mohini's or Anurag's shares named after her makes sense. Plus Bajaj hit the Basus tactically. Forcing their share prices down and forcing business men to stop working with them. This could've meant any stakeholder afraid of their share value and future with B Publications would've sold off his shares. All of this gave Bajaj enough stake and power over B. Publications.
In comparison, Bajaj is the majority stake holder in various companies HE OWNS. There's no way Anurag can take over his company+companies? And his house which should count as an asset, and a separate property.😆
