No. Bajaj never had cancer. Sneha had cancer

So the story is this in S1, Bajaj puts a deal to Prerna. She accepts it. They get married. Anurag is initially angry and later respects her sacrifice.

Pre is aloof to bajaj but slowly loves his family members . Pre still loves Anurag but accepts bajaj as her husband because she thinks that is her fate. She made the choice to marry him to save Anurag so she sticks to it.

There is no physical Relationship between PRB, Pre never accepted him in that sense. They slept in different rooms.

One day Bajaj's ex wife comes back. Lot of nonsense and drama. She wants bajaj back.

There is a car accident in which Bajaj dies. Pre shocked and cries. Then later AnuPre marry.

Actually Bajaj didn't die. He was in comma. His ex wife convinces Pre to marry Anurag .

After AnuPre marry, Bajaj comes back in their life, lol.

Pre scared.

@ Sneha - Do you know in original script Bajaj was supposed to have Cancer and die. That’s what the cameo was. Well some people write history. Guess our Bajaj was one of them !! 😛😍

I think here also same is happening. Pre is aloof to bajaj but has accepted the fact that she is his wife and she is cordial to family members also , same like S1.
