Even if sneha is the reason for bajaj marrying prerna I wasn't surprised but doesn't take anything away from the story. With a character like bajaj a lot of mystery surrounding him. This character is complex and has potential. So far so good as far as the writing is concerned for him. So much things to look forward to. The result of anurag obsession, why bajaj wants revenge etc. maybe other than sneha he has another reason to. He said he doing it to save prerna. So maybe it's another reason to.
