Her films seems to have done pretty well..likeable personality ...but acting wise she needs to improve a lot...like a lot..having said that if we see current lot of actresses..then she should get more hype too

That is because Alia currently has a colourful life currently and a PR which is super aggressive kinda like Deepika while Shraddha currently doesn't have either epic success(Stree is one off) nor epic loss(kinda like Kalank) in terms of movies nor her romantic life is that interesting.

Even though Shraddha isnt a gifted actress you will barely see the world outside IF criticizing her with the ferocity they did with Kat/Jhanvi. She is a very likeable person and has a solid following plus honestly she doesn't even look her age and has maintained herself well, most people don't know she is 30 plus and she doesn't look it!

Her PR is very weak though and she is barely in the news but she does seem to be getting good movies. Finally after her and mid life crisis Farhan ended, she got a brain back and realized her limitations ( leaving Saina).
