People are angry because she was lecturing others to not burst firecrackers because she has asthma and that makes it hard for her to breathe. She then goes and has a lavish fireworks display at her wedding, smokes cigarettes, and shows off about flying on private planes which causes even more pollution than firecrackers do.

Priyanka’s appeal was for asthmatics living in India that are subjected to firecracker pollution during Diwali. A message the inhaler company wanted her to say. Priyanka doesn’t have to worry about this because she’s usually in clean places. Other people aren’t as lucky for her so companies and government make these appeals. If people are too dense to understand this it’s not her fault. Her fans didn’t ask her for an explanation.

People understand fine. They're just not paid PR for Priyanka the way you are who wants standards from other actresses but makes excuses for all of PC's lies and hypocrisy.
