Yes technically Anurag is baby's father and Pre here hidden that news from him so he can legally approach court and claim rights on baby. And if he feels his child isn't safe in Mr B's place they can order Prerna to stay with Anurag till she gives birth to baby. But Anurag can only claim rights on baby as of now, not Prerna. He can claim rights on her if he have something which proves he is her husband
