You're right DNA test can be done before birth. But with the way this drama has been dragging this, I've stopped expecting this baby issue to be resolved until it's born. Maybe it won't be finished even then, lol.

oh ok thanks for clarification,am trying to watch again because generally i watch kinda rushed,I am now more mad at the father,he was informed multiple times by both Umer and Sadiya about jubi,such a jerk .I feel the writer is showing that jubi's fall skewed everything in her favour and all thinking is happening around that.I think Umer's sister is going to suffer with her marriage ,then he would realize a woman's pain and helplessness.In the episode they showed how mom has signed everything in umer's name,who knows may be sumbul's husband will be mad about not getting money from his sasural and divorce sumbul or may be send her away.....but i feel loads would happen after umer's mom's death,which is sad.I hope they are trying to send message about importance of early treatment for cancer and how it affects prognosis.

about DNA test loads of people wait until after birth as it increases risk of miscarriage due to nature of procedure and typically tests like that are carried to check for genetic abnormalities not paternity,I mean a sane person should just wait....but umer is too much..

Sumbul le Sasural mein trouble hoga but Sadia will solve it because just like Aliya said the way to tackle these problems that capability is in Sadia she will help and guide Sumbul.

Sadia is in this house just for Aliya and now her baby so after Aliya's death she might decide to leave as nothing changes cause maybe baby truth is still not out, tabhi Umair might say tum bhi chali jao sab mujhe chodkar chale jaate hain, she might not be able to leave because Umair will need her and only she can selflessly take care of him.

One of the two things need to happen for Sadia Umair story to move forward one baby truth is out other Aliya dies I hope she dies after baby truth is out sukoon we death hogi.

Later on does find out that the child is in fact his.

I mean apne bacxha se toh sab pyar karte hain it is difficult esp for a man to give his name to someone else's child.

Btw why does Ahmer atend Aliya's funeral services. Does he not think tamasha ban sakta hai or does he want ki tamasha hi. Settle in another country with your Zoobie leave this family alone.

Ahmer ko sadia se Milne ka bahana chahiye bas.. jab wo hospital main aa sakta hai apne shadi wale din to wo umair k ghar kyu nahi jayega..

he is also zobi part two.. ya kaho zobi ka male version lol..
