Madhuri despite being a superstar, worked with Subhash Ghai in Khalnayak. May be he would not have touched her then (also she was dating Sanjay Dutt then). Still she could have turned him down. Why did she do it then? Probably other choices were no saints either. Similarly lot of male stars have worked in the movies sponsored by DCompany. Everyone compromises.

Deepika right now needs a mainstream movie to be in the star game. Chapaak, Imli might give her the satisfaction of an actor, but they are other (Kangana) kind of movies. She needs mainstream movies to balance it. So far she had not any. If she does not sign, everyone (including Masand) are ready to bracket her as a has been.

Fans can take a morally high stands. They have nothing to gain or loose. Actors for whom movies are professions cannot. If Deepika could tolerate Homi (who almost abused her while drunk) and still worked hard to get a hit, she will work with anybody.

If Deepika has not acted in Salman's movie, it could be because of the fee offered, or strength of the role offered. It cannot be because of Salman as a person. Tomorrow, if there is an exciting project with good money, she will jump to grab it. Her fans will again loose sleep.

All because, fans place their idols at higher pedestals. (Once Fawad fans wanted him not to act in Indian movies). But they are just human beings, who need money like any of us. If a high moral stand is cutting their bread and butter, they will compromise.

I don't understand how ranveer fans are being called crazens, just because ranveer fans likes dp does not mean they are official crazens. Crazens was only deepika fans and I don't see original dp fans anymore, I see mostly ranveer-deepika couple fans or ranbir-deepika couple fans mostly. So let's not bash crazens because original crazens are mostly gone.

Ranbir is already considered cheap and everything. Its holy couple fans who give him all names on this forum. But deepika is no less. And your holy ranveer said this. And there were blinds saying deepika was upset since SLB offered alia for inshallah with salman....she wanted to work with salman but it’s just abt time...not that she is some holier than thou and avoided doing salman’s Movies...
