I think the best thing that makes PreRish's first phone call precious, is the fact that while Prerna was shunned by her own family, her sister and mother, they rebuked her on the phone, it was Rishabh Bajaj who answered her call.. While she told her sister she wanted to hear kissi apne ka voice, her family turned deaf ears, but just minutes before Rishabh picked up her call and spoke to her. Though he is not her apna according to her, he still behaved like a apna...

and RB spoke to her about something very contrasting stuff like go out and live a life, check out Zurich. It was a welcome change, a fresh thought process which was away from all the emotional upheaval inside her and the heaviness in her heart/mind, etc. I am sure if we as the audience get a headache after listening to the rant of Nivi and Shivi and Veena, she actually would be feeling a lot more.
