I am definitely an parica supporter. Yes I didn’t know Parth before kasauti but like them both now. I am also an anupre supporter. I always seem to have to write more prerna supporting posts because she is often the more bashed character. Or maybe the woman is always bashed more even when she does the same as the man because as a society have higher expectations.

During the Kom track many were bashing her for being in basu house, for not immediately knowing that anurag was sacrificing etc. I remember lots of posts and the people who posted them saying prerna does not love anurag and it was never true love if she doubts him.

It used to agitate me a lot then but now I have a much more zen attitude to it. The same people and a lot more are bashing prerna on insta, Twitterx here once again saying she doesn’t love anurag forgetting all the big and small things anurag did during the Kom track. The apologies, the permission asking, the almost sindoor putting that only prerna and shivi rescued him for. I feel like people will say what they want to say and there is no point in getting agitated.

Now about the acting. Both parth and eri have good days, great days and of course bad days when their acting is not as good as it usually is or can be. Personally I don’t think it’s because they don’t relate to the character but is usually when they are being rushed. So they don’t have enough time to perfect the scene. This is no reason to completely bash them as actors. We can critique a particular scene or episode and give feedback but draw the line there.

Also we really need to not confuse actor and character.
