They do pay, but the pressure is too much. And you can't say no until you have a genuine reason to work on something. Some times even a genuine reason also doesn't work, if you are the only resource to know that work. That's the reason many people opt for managerial posts or would plan for early retirement having a second income/investment.

agree. IT pays well but have to put in efforts too. and timings are the worst part of the deal

Thats why I was quite surprised.. Erii is extremely introvert and takes time to open up.. but once she does, then she becomes the craziest..
