ofcourse its not mandatory. but if you are a public figure, you need to communicate to different people in day to day life. Improving your oratory skills will benefit you & your profession more. there is no harm in learning new things. but if time & energy permits😆

More than shading, she gives such such long winded answers for every question! And rambles a lot....
